Meet Your Instructor

Meet Libby – teacher, artist, musician, activist, and founder of Dharma Moon Yoga. Although she began teaching yoga to a diverse range of students in 2013, her passion for yoga and meditation blossomed around 2006, during her teenage years in San Francisco’s Bay Area. Like many young people, she sought a transformative experience to help her find purpose and define greater meaning as her life’s journey progressed, which led her to this ancient yet ever-thriving discipline.

 

Her early exploration of yoga primarily focused on asana. However, as Libby mastered the physical aspects of asana, she realized a need for more subtle practices to expand her knowledge and spiritual enlightenment. She discovered Michele Klink, a seasoned yoga instructor focused on rehabilitation and therapeutics, who introduced her to the path of Tantra. This holistic system of yoga encompasses pranayama, mantra, meditation, Ayurveda, and more. Libby embraced Tantra as a way to integrate vital techniques into her practice, fostering a deeper connection with her inner self. Through Tantra, and its unification of the physical, mental, and spiritual, Libby has helped students embark on the same journey of discovery and wellness for the last 10 years.

 

Now based in Petaluma, California, Libby has launched in-person and online yoga classes to help inspire and guide students seeking insight, experience, and instruction. Her classes emphasize not only the benefits of an accessible and proven exercise but the opportunity to enrich one’s mind, body, and spirit. Join her in exploring the transformative power of yoga and its ability to help you achieve your ultimate wellness goals.
